XCSB Player (“the App”) is developed by Sonic Eye Industries.
The App provides access to the official XCSB online radio stream and related program information. It functions as a client for streaming audio content operated by XCSB.
The App does not require user accounts or registration.
The App does not store personal data or listening history on the user’s device.
The App may transmit an anonymous listener signal to XCSB for the purpose of calculating total concurrent listener counts. This signal does not include personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify individual users.
All audio content is streamed directly from XCSB’s servers. Sonic Eye Industries does not host, store, or modify any audio content.
XCSB is responsible for all broadcast programming, content management, and licensing.
XCSB is a licensed independent internet radio broadcaster based in Cleveland, Ohio. The station holds active ASCAP and BMI digital streaming licenses covering all content broadcast over their stream.
XCSB Radio is an official mobile player application developed in direct partnership with the station. The app does not host, store, cache, or redistribute any copyrighted content. All audio is streamed in real time directly from XCSB's licensed streaming servers. The app functions solely as a client interface for their existing licensed broadcast stream.
This is functionally equivalent to a browser loading a licensed internet radio stream — the app is simply a dedicated interface for that purpose.

The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or cross-app tracking.
Sonic Eye Industries does not sell personal data.
Any data collected by XCSB, including aggregated listener counts, is governed by XCSB’s own policies.
The App is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
